ABOUT US

At Kryssos, our mission is simple: capture the authentic, timeless flavors of Mediterranean cuisine—the kind that makes everyday meals feel like something worth lingering over. That’s why we offer an extensive lineup of Mediterranean favorites, including feta, olives, flatbreads, and cheeses, and use a rigorous selection process so only the finest products carry the Kryssos name.

What you’ll find in the Kryssos lineup

Feta
A Greek-style classic with a tangy, savory bite—made for salads, grain bowls, wraps, eggs, and pasta. Kryssos feta is crafted using Wisconsin cow’s milk and traditional Greek methods.

Halloumi & Myzithera
Kryssos halloumi is a traditional grilling cheese from Cyprus made from a blend of cow, goat, and sheep milk, finished with a sprinkle of mint per tradition.
Myzithera (myzithra) is a Greek whey or mixed milk-whey cheese—often enjoyed fresh (similar to ricotta) or as a salt-dried grating cheese (similar to ricotta salata).

Olives & tomatoes
A delicious collection of imported Kalamata olives and domestically ground tomatoes, perfectly roasted and ready to serve—ideal for salads, mezze boards, pasta, and warm dips.

Flatbread crackers
Kryssos flatbread crackers are a great snack on their own—and a go-to pairing with cheese, soup, salads, tapenades, and table service.

About PDO and authenticity

Kryssos is proud to offer select products with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. PDO certification means a product is produced, processed, and prepared in a specific region using traditional methods—helping protect authenticity, quality, and heritage.
