WHIPPED FETA DIP
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz Kryssos Feta Cheese
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream for extra richness)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for topping)
Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley or thyme for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Add the Kryssos Feta, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil to a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides if needed.
If it’s too thick, add a little water or more olive oil and blend again.
Spoon into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes.
Optional: Garnish with chopped herbs or extra feta.
