WHIPPED FETA DIP

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 oz Kryssos Feta Cheese

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream for extra richness)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for topping)

  • Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste

  • Optional: chopped parsley or thyme for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add the Kryssos Feta, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil to a food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides if needed.

  3. If it’s too thick, add a little water or more olive oil and blend again.

  4. Spoon into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes.

  5. Optional: Garnish with chopped herbs or extra feta.
